What is an Idea?
There is no specific definition of idea at InventExpo.com. An idea could be related to any field of life, it can be a business idea, technology related idea, communications idea, transportation idea, selling idea, buying idea, traveling idea, and architecture idea etc. It is difficult to mention all fields of life here but as a general rule InventExpo.com accepts all kinds of ideas that you think may bring rewards to you.

Who is eligible to submit an Idea?
Anyone from anywhere, who is the owner of a unique, revolutionary and reward earning idea, is eligible to submit it.

What is a Patent?
A patent is a set of exclusive rights granted by a state to an inventor or his assignee for a fixed period of time in exchange for a disclosure of an invention.

How to enter the expo?
Click on Enter the Expo button on right side of the screen.

How to submit an Idea?
Select “Submit idea” on right side menu. Fill the form and check the box where it says “I’ve read Non-Disclosure terms and I agree.” and press “send”.

Can I submit more than one Idea?
Yes, you can submit as many ideas as you can, there is no restriction. As a standard rule you have to submit all ideas separately.

Can I upload a file with Idea?
Yes you can upload a file with idea, accepted formats to upload file are gif, jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, doc, rtf, ppt, pps, txt and odt. Fill in the idea submission form at the end click on “browse” select your file location, and now select the file. Finally agree to non disclosure agreement and click on submit.

How to submit a patent?
Click on submit patent. Fill in all the required fields (fields marked with *) attach files (text, images and Video), the accepted formats are gif, jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, doc, rtf, ppt, pps, txt, odt and .SWF for video. Maximum file size limit is 1MB. Now agree to the legal terms by checking the box where it says “I’ve read legal terms and I agree”. Click on send button and your patent will be immediately received by us. Once received, our team will inspect your information and will contact you, in case of any discrepancies.

What are the requirements to submit a patent?
1- The sender must provide a legal proof (patent license) of ownership of the intellectual property (IP)
2- Details of patent (full text in easy, professional, and understandable English)
3- Diagrams/pictures of the idea (Image of size 1MB Maximum, accepted formats jpeg, jpg, gif, png)
4- Video demonstration of prototype (If exists) or 3d animated video (acceptable video format is .SWF)

What if I have decided to discontinue my participation in InventExpo online?
Once your patent is in Expo you can decide any moment to discontinue your invention presentation in our online Exp. You have to send us an email mentioning your intentions to discontinue your participation.

In case you do not find what you are searching for in our expo. We invite you to share your interests and problems with us and we will find the solutions of your problems. We will contact you back as soon as we have ideas and inventions that meet your requirements.
